My journey
A life of crossing boundaries
My life has been a long inquiry into how we create meaning through body, culture, place and ritual. These are the places it has taken me.
Slovakia
Where it began: philosophy, art and European aesthetics.
West Sumatra
Among the Minangkabau, where house, land and lineage pass through women.
Tamil Nadu
Classical dance, Vedānta and the sacred sites of the South.
Himalaya
The Char Dham Yatra, high in the mountains.
Provence
On the way of Mary Magdalene.
Assisi
In the footsteps of St Francis and St Clare.
Sampor
Weeks of silence and prayer with Benedictine monks.
Vienna
Today: research, coaching, and three grown children.
Not a collection of places, but one question: how to live a whole life.
My Approach
My work brings together solution-focused coaching, psychology, yoga, movement, creative exploration, and contemplative practices. Drawing on my interdisciplinary background, I offer individual sessions, group experiences, workshops, and retreats designed to support self-awareness, personal development, and meaningful change.
I believe that each person carries resources, strengths, and possibilities that can be discovered and developed. My approach combines attentive listening, curiosity, and practical exploration with an appreciation for the relationship between mind, body, creativity, and our wider cultural experience.
My Offerings
Individual Sessions
Solution-Focused Life Coaching
I offer individual coaching sessions informed by Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). This approach focuses on your desired future, existing strengths, and the small, meaningful steps that can help you move forward. Together, we explore possibilities and develop practical ways to create change in your life.
Yoga & Embodied Practice
My yoga sessions draw on my training as a certified Hatha Yoga teacher and my experience as a Bikram Hot Yoga practitioner. The practice can support body awareness, movement, concentration, and a more attentive relationship with yourself.
Therapeutic & Creative Exploration
Drawing on my background in art therapy, art education, and movement, I offer space for reflection and creative exploration. The precise format and focus of these sessions can be tailored to your practice and professional scope.
Group Sessions
Group sessions offer opportunities to explore shared themes, exchange perspectives, and learn through collective experience. Depending on the format, sessions may incorporate solution-focused approaches, movement, yoga, reflection, or creative practices.
Workshops
My workshops bring together different aspects of my work, creating space for focused exploration, embodied learning, creativity, and personal development. Each workshop can be built around a particular theme, practice, or group of participants.
Retreats
I organise retreats that offer time and space to step away from everyday routines, reconnect with yourself, and explore new perspectives. Through thoughtfully combined practices and shared experiences, retreats invite participants to slow down, reflect, and nurture a deeper sense of connection.
